Welcome to Swan Vision for your eye exam and eye care needs. Our eye care center was founded in 2018 by husband and wife optometrists Edmund and Kathryn Swan. We create an individualized patient centered experience to provide the best care for your eyes and vision needs.
Swan Vision offers comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, vision therapy and specialty contact lenses including ortho-keratology.
Contact lenses are available for order in office and on our website. We offer special contact lens rebates only available through your eye doctor.
Our optical shop has a variety of unique designer eyeglasses and sunglasses. We have special package deals for single vision and multi-focal glasses. Call us to make an appointment with a local eye doctor.

We are open by appointment only. We ask that you email or call us before coming to the store to set up an appointment for your exam, contacts, or glasses pickup.
New patients = please fill out the patient forms and bring them with you to your appointment. We also need a copy of your insurance card and license. If you would like to email them to us before you exam we would appreciate it.
ALL PATIENTS must wear mask and hand sanitize upon entering store.
